GoPeople is a product of GOTONOM A.Ş. (İstanbul). It has no connection to the similarly or identically named GoPeople Pty Ltd (Avustralyalı kurye / aynı gün teslimat firması (gopeople.com.au)).

GoPeople puts HR where your employees already are. Someone opens WhatsApp and types "I want to take 3 days off next week"; the AI agent understands the context, checks the remaining balance, creates the request and notifies the manager for approval — all in one conversation. No app to download, no separate portal, no training.

The management dashboard lists pending requests in a sortable table by employee name, type, dates and status, and managers approve or reject in one click. AI insights add department-level analytics: who is overloaded, which teams have coverage gaps, and predicted absence patterns.

Under the hood GoPeople runs a state-machine conversation engine that carries context across messages in 60-minute sessions. Routine work is handled by AI and exceptions by people: complex or sensitive queries are routed automatically to human HR. All traffic runs over TLS, and the APIs between GoPeople and your own systems are encrypted end to end. The WhatsApp leg itself runs on Meta’s Cloud API, which processes messages on your behalf — we document that rather than paper over it. Designed for KVKK and GDPR from day one.

Do employees need to install a separate app?

No. GoPeople runs on WhatsApp, which employees already use, and a web chat interface is also available. There is no app download, no separate portal and no user training required.

Which HR tasks can GoPeople handle from chat?

Leave requests, payroll queries, attendance tracking, suggestions and surveys, company announcements, hiring and onboarding, FAQs and HR policy lookup. Complex or sensitive matters are routed automatically to human HR.

How does GoPeople handle KVKK and GDPR?

All traffic runs over TLS and the APIs to your own systems are encrypted end to end. One thing worth knowing: GoPeople runs on the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, where Meta processes messages on your behalf, so the WhatsApp leg is not end-to-end encrypted to us — we state that plainly because your DPO needs it to make an accurate assessment. A data-processing agreement and EU data residency are available on request.

How do managers see requests?
